Ingredients:
- Fresh curry leaves
- 2 tablespoons flaxseed powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon peppercorns
- Salt to taste
Instructions:

Collect fresh curry leaves and wash them thoroughly to remove any dirt. Spread them on a clean cloth and let them dry completely for a day or two. Ensure there is no moisture left by sun-drying them for a day.

Dry roast the cumin seeds and peppercorns in a pan over medium heat until they change color lightly. Be careful not to burn them, as this can make the powder bitter.

Using a mortar and pestle or a mixer, grind the roasted cumin seeds and peppercorns into a fine powder.
