On Saturday night, music royalty Beyoncé and her husband Jay‑Z made a discreet entrance into Kris Jenner’s star-studded 70th birthday celebration. They slipped in under the radar at the lavish, James Bond-themed bash, held at the Beverly Hills estate of Jeff Bezos and his wife Lauren Sánchez. 

Despite their low-key arrival, Beyoncé was later photographed inside the party — striking a pose alongside Jenner and Beyoncé’s mother, Tina Knowles. The “Texas Hold ’Em” singer (one of her many monikers) turned heads in a figure-hugging black minidress trimmed with fur and accessorized with dazzling jewelry. Fans might recognize that look as a bold aesthetic move from the superstar.

Tina Knowles, who appeared at the event in a shimmering red gown and flowing blonde waves, captured the moment on Instagram and described the evening as “one of the best I’ve ever been to.” She praised the beautiful décor, lively music (including a set by Bruno Mars), and the joyous atmosphere of dancing and laughter. “Kris looked gorgeous and we all celebrated her life,” she wrote.

Meanwhile, Jay-Z was spotted leaving the party in an all-black SUV looking serious and composed. According to multiple sources, he and Beyoncé arrived via a private, high-priority parking spot, allowing them to sidestep the throng of paparazzi outside the event.

The event’s 007 theme — a clever nod to “007(0)” for Jenner’s 70th — was widely reported, and the fancy affair reportedly cost no expense. Guests reportedly included Oprah Winfrey, Mariah Carey, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, among others. 

One highlight: Beyoncé’s dress, reportedly a $6,000 black knit by Fendi, was worn backwards (the plunging V-back styled to the front) and layered over a sheer bodysuit, gloves, and heavy diamond pieces from Messika (including a necklace with over 2,400 stones and a 3.55-carat pear-shaped diamond). It was a power move both in fashion and symbolism: in Bond world, diamonds are forever. 

In contrast to the spotlight on Beyoncé and Jay-Z’s stealth entry, other guests were widely photographed arriving. According to the reports, the couple’s ability to avoid the cameras added a layer of intrigue to the night. 

Additionally, the host estate had to deal with noise complaints during the evening — police were reportedly called after neighbors flagged the sound, though no citation was issued. 

In sum: a glamorous evening, a star-packed guest list, and a few subtle maneuvers behind the scenes that kept Beyoncé and Jay-Z just out of the paparazzi’s reach — a fitting chapter in the world of high-firm celebrity events.
