1. Green Tea Face Pack

You will need:
- 1 teaspoon of Green Tea powder
- 1 tablespoon of plain Yogurt
- Carrot seed Essential oil or Rose Essential oil
How to make and use:
Mix 1 teaspoon of green tea powder, 1 tablespoon of plain yogurt and few drops of carrot seed essential oil/ rose essential oil together. Make a smooth paste, then gently apply it to your face and neck. Leave it on for ten to 20 minutes, then rinse it off with cold water. Your face will feel fresh, soft, glowing and rejuvenated. Use this anti-aging face mask once every week to reap maximum benefits.

You will need:
- Green tea leaves ( 1 bag )
- 1 cup of water
- Rose water ( 1 tbsp.)
- Lemon Essential oil
How to make and use:
Pour 1 cup of water in a small pan. Bring it to boil on a low flame. Add green tea leaves. Let it brew for couple of minutes. Turn off the flame when the water takes up the color of green tea. Cover the pan with a top and let it cool down. Pour the tea in a glass bowl. Mix in the remaining ingredients i.e. 1 tablespoon of Rose water and few drops of lemon essential oil. The green tea toner is ready. Transfer the concoction into a spray bottle and shake well before use. Store it in a refrigerator so that it can last for up to 1 week. Spray chilled green tea toner all over your face and neck. Use it daily. If you have oily acne prone skin, use this toner several times in a day.

- Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon

How to make and use:
Add 1 teaspoon of green tea leaves in a cup of water and bring it to boil. Let it brew for 5 minutes or until water takes up the color of leaves before turning off the flame. Strain the tea and add 1 teaspoon of honey and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice. Drink 2 cups of green tea daily.
