Homemade Bread Using an Air Fryer - Simple and Delicious

Bread made with an air fryer is not only clean but also delicious, just like the ones from the bakery. Air fryer dishes are loved by many because they are tasty, easy to make, and good for health. Today, let's get into the kitchen and make bread with an air fryer!

Ingredients:

  • 280g of all-purpose flour (13 flour grade)

  • 165ml of fresh milk

  • 3g of instant yeast

  • 3g of salt

  • 10g of butter

  • 10ml of cooking oil

Steps:

Step 1: Mix the Dough

  • Take a large bowl, add the flour, yeast, and butter in sequence, and mix well.

  • Gradually pour the fresh milk into the bowl and mix it with the flour until the dough becomes non-sticky. Ensure the dough is neither too dry nor too wet.

Step 2: Knead the Dough

  • Wash your hands thoroughly and then knead the dough. It’s important to knead properly. Start by folding the dough, then use the palm of your hand to press and stretch the dough outwards. Remember to press and stretch the dough away from you, not downwards. Next, rotate the dough 90 degrees and repeat the folding and stretching process until the dough becomes smooth, soft, and elastic.

  • Place the dough back in the bowl and cover it with plastic wrap, leaving it to rise for about 1 hour at room temperature.

Step 3: Shape the Bread

  • After the dough has risen, roll it out into a long strip and divide it into 7 portions.

  • Flatten each portion, then roll it up into a tight ball with pointed ends on both sides. Repeat this with the remaining portions.

  • Cover the dough and let it rest for 15-30 minutes, then use a knife to make a long cut on the top of each piece.

Step 4: Bake the Bread

  • Line the bottom of the air fryer basket with parchment paper and preheat the air fryer at 180°C for 5 minutes.

  • Once the air fryer is hot, place the dough into the basket and spray a light mist of water on top of the bread to prevent it from drying out.

  • Bake the bread at 180°C for about 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, flip the bread and bake for another 5 minutes until done.
