The movie star is reportedly preparing to establish residences in three distinct regions of the world — Cambodia, France, and Africa — with each locale carrying deeply personal significance, according to a source cited by Us Weekly on Wednesday.

Angelina Jolie, 50, chose these regions based in part on her children’s birthplaces and adoption roots: her eldest son Maddox, now 24, was adopted from Cambodia; Zahara, 20, and Shiloh, 19, were born in Ethiopia and Namibia respectively; her twins Knox and Vivienne, now 17, were born in Nice, France.
