Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon of rice flour

  • Water (for boiling)

Steps: Start by boiling a small amount of water in a saucepan. You’ll need just enough to create a paste when mixed with the rice flour and flax seeds. Add the flax seeds and rice flour to the boiling water. Stir continuously to avoid any lumps, and keep stirring until the mixture thickens into a paste.
