Taylor Swift’s floral ‘Late Night With Seth Meyers’ outfit is covered in Easter eggs

Does Taylor Swift ever sleep?

Probably not—with the whirlwind of events surrounding her latest era, rest seems like a luxury. Over the past week alone, her “Life of a Showgirl” campaign has dominated headlines and broken the internet. And just when fans thought it couldn’t get more intense, she popped up on Late Night with Seth Meyers Wednesday night to serve looks and cryptic symbolism.

Swift appeared in a floral two-piece from Wiederhoeft—a brocade bustier top paired with a matching miniskirt—that seemed to thread together art, music, and myth. Her jewelry was equally symbolic: a David Morris collar necklace set with diamonds, onyx, and tourmalines; Aquazzura pink slingback heels with scalloped detailing that evoke the feathers of a showgirl’s fan; a Le Vian ring; and Guita M onyx earrings studded with pink sapphires and peridots. Each element seemed curated to echo her themes of illusion, performance, and transformation.

The outfit appears to nod to Ophelia—the tragic figure from Hamlet whose fate Swift reimagines in her lead single, “The Fate of Ophelia.” Meanwhile, the onyx accents in her jewelry seem a deliberate reference to her song “Opalite,” which includes the lyric, “Sleepless in the onyx night.” (source: Time) TIME

It was her second stop at NBC studios this week. Earlier, she dazzled on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon in head-to-toe silver: a flowing Giuseppe Di Morabito dress with a draped neckline and Jimmy Choo sandals. Her sparkle was amplified by fine jewelry from Saidian Vintage, EF Collection, Nicole Rose, Anita Ko, A.Jaffe, and her new Artifex Fine engagement ring, designed in collaboration with Travis Kelce (reportedly) and confirmed by Page Six Style. pagesix.com+1

Just a day before the album’s debut, she appeared on The Graham Norton Show wearing a crystal-embroidered black velvet mini by David Koma, paired with the same daring engagement ring. That ring has become a focal point of fascination among fans and press alike.

Some might assume that after completing her epic 149-show Eras Tour (which ended in December 2024), Taylor would slow down. Far from it. In 2025 alone she:

  • Crafted The Life of a Showgirl, her twelfth studio album, secretly recording between European tour dates with producers Max Martin and Shellback Wikipedia+2The Guardian+2

  • Broke records with her cycling marketing strategy, from vinyl variants to theatrical events amctheatres.com+3Reuters+3Vanity Fair+3

  • Announced her engagement

  • Snuck into several NFL stadiums

  • Attended her longtime friend Selena Gomez’s wedding

So, will she ever find time to rest—or even record another album while executing this full-throttle promotional campaign? Only time will tell, but Taylor doesn’t seem built for downtime.

We’ll keep our fingers crossed. And maybe knock on wood, too.
