This drink helps reduce gastroesophageal reflux and heartburn effectively

  • Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) causes heartburn and acid reflux. There are many causes of this disease, often involving a combination of lifestyle choices, diet, and physical conditions that affect the digestive system.

  • Being overweight can increase pressure in the stomach and lead to reflux and gastritis. Extra weight, particularly around the abdomen, can push stomach contents upward, weakening the lower esophageal sphincter (LES), which is responsible for keeping stomach acid from escaping into the esophagus.
