BTS Jin's solo album "HAPPY" concept photos revealed

BTS (방탄소년단) member Jin (진) has unveiled the concept photos for his highly anticipated solo album 'Happy.' On October 18 at midnight KST, Jin shared the first set of concept images and videos for 'Happy's' 'Journey' version on BTS's official social media channels. The photos showcase Jin enjoying simple pleasures inspired by his real-life hobbies: camping, tennis, and cooking. In one image, he is seen lounging comfortably in front of a camper van, basking in the warmth of the sun. Another photo portrays him as a Tennis Prince,' lost in thought beneath a wall decorated with tennis rackets, reminiscent of art pieces.

The accompanying concept film is styled as though it was shot on an old camcorder, giving it a vintage feel. The video captures the natural sounds of everyday life, enhancing its authenticity. In the film, Jin cooks, bounces tennis balls, and enjoys quiet moments alone. A scene of him dozing off in a camping chair exudes a sense of perfect tranquility.

Jin emphasizes the happiness that comes from spending time on oneself, believing it to be a source of energy for life. This mindset is reflected in both the 'Journey' photos and the video.

Following the 'Journey' concept, Jin will unveil two more concepts: 'Imagine' on October 20 and 'Navigate' on October 22. Interestingly, the first letters of each concept spell out his name, 'JIN.' This clever detail, along with the album's focus on elements that define him, has fans eagerly awaiting more from the 'Happy' release.

Jin's solo album 'Happy,' set for release on November 15 at 2 PM KST, marks his first solo project since debuting with BTS. The album offers an honest reflection on his thoughts about happiness and expresses his heartfelt gratitude to ARMY, the BTS fanbase. The title track 'Running Wild' delivers an uplifting message about running towards hope with all your might. To build excitement ahead of the album release, Jin will drop a pre-release track, I'll Be There,' on October 25 at 1 PM KST.
