
Four Common Foods You Should Never Combine with Chicken: A Common Mistake That Can Harm Your Health

Below are four common foods that are traditionally considered incompatible with chicken and should be avoided to protect your health.
1. Chicken and Carp Fish – May Cause Inflammation and Skin Problems
Chicken is considered warm in nature with a mildly sweet taste, while carp fish is classified as cold. This contrast is believed to disrupt the body’s balance when consumed together, potentially leading to internal heat, inflammation, boils, itching, or skin eruptions.
