“Octomom,” Nadya Suleman, is celebrating a major milestone in the lives of her octuplets.

In honor of her octuplets’ 16th birthday, the family marked the occasion with a fun-filled go-kart outing. The then-47-year-old mother of 14 captured a sweet moment with her children, posing for photos that showcased the teenagers’ growth and close bond with their mom.

Standing side by side—Noah, Josiah, Nariyah, Maliyah, Jonah, Jeremiah, Isaiah, and Makai—the teens, now approaching their mother’s height, smiled brightly while holding balloons that spelled out “birthday.” Their expressions reflected a mix of joy, excitement, and the unmistakable energy of adolescence.

In another playful snapshot, the octuplets displayed their unique personalities and flair as they were photographed mid-jump, highlighting their lively and spirited nature.

Since welcoming the octuplets in 2009, Suleman has not expanded her family further. She is also the mother of six older children: twins Calyssa and Caleb, now 16, Aidan, 17, Joshua, 19, Ameerah, 20, and Elijah, 21.

Suleman’s most recent public update on the octuplets came in August, when she shared a heartwarming Instagram photo of her eight youngest children just before they began eighth grade.

“Be proud of yourselves, kids, for being kind, respectful, and helpful to all your peers, teachers, and staff,” Suleman wrote in the caption. She praised her teenagers for being “exceptional role models to the 6th and 7th graders,” emphasizing their positive influence in the school community.

She added a single red heart emoji and expressed her love, while also addressing critics directly:
“Their older siblings did not want me to post a picture on their first day. I respect their choice, so should you,” Suleman wrote, reinforcing the importance of family privacy.

Last year, Suleman marked another milestone in her children’s lives with a reflective Instagram post, celebrating their transition into teenage years.

“You are all growing into some of the kindest, most humble, grateful, and loving human beings I have ever known,” she wrote. “Each of you possesses rare and unique qualities that set you apart from other children your age, especially in today’s society.”

Suleman emphasized her children’s selflessness and compassion, noting that they are “selfless, altruistic, non-materialistic, and loving followers of God.” She added, “I have never seen children who love and want to serve others, particularly those less fortunate, so boldly and confidently like each and every one of you.”

“You are not followers of this shallow world, but of a God who created and loves you unconditionally,” she continued. “I cannot imagine what I did to be blessed with such incredible children. I love you all so much ❤️.”
