On the morning of June 26 (Vietnam time), Lisa (BLACKPINK) officially released the MV teaser for her solo comeback ROCKSTAR. Just a few hours before, Lisa's company LLOUD posted a "Q&A" to listen to fans' expectations before the MV's release. Seemingly knowing the fans' expectations, the next morning, the MV teaser was released by the crew.

In the casting post, it can be seen that Lisa's MV ROCKSTAR was mostly filmed in her home country of Thailand. The MV was selected with nearly 100 Thai dancers with a salary of more than 2 million VND/day. All dancers will also be guided by a French choreographer.

According to previous revelations, the MV ROCKSTAR was filmed by Lisa for 3 consecutive nights from 2am to 5am in China Town, Bangkok, Thailand. Thus, just counting the filming time in China Town, the dancers will receive a salary of about more than 6 million VND after about 9 hours/3 days.
