Jessy Mendiola returns to showbiz after 5 years, signs with ABS-CBN
MANILA, Philippines — Actress Jessy Mendiola has returned to showbiz after 5 years as she signed a contract with ABS-CBN again.
During the contract signing, Jessy said that she did not expect to be back in showbiz.
"It's like I accepted that I won't come back and that's okay with me. Because I am really happy with, of course, my family," she said.
"I really didn't expect it and I am really, really grateful. They accepted me after a very long time. I think this is really here, this is my home. It feels good to be back," she added.
Jessy thanked ABS-CBN for making her feel special.
"I feel very special. I didn't expect so many people to love me. My support system is great. It's been five years since my last big event. ABS-CBN has my back and always takes care of me," she said.
"And Star Magic has never really changed. It's never too late to chase your dreams. Finally, my dream to have a family has come true. Now it's Jessy's dream and I will continue," she added.
