BLACKPINK's ROSÉ achieves the Biggest Debut by a Female K-Pop Soloist on Spotify with the smash hit “APT"

BLACKPINK's Rosé and Bruno Mars have broken the internet with their new collaboration, “APT,” and, as expected, enjoyed a great debut on Spotify, setting new records.

"APT" has been officially credited with over 6.85 Million streams on its debut, landing at No. 3 on Spotify's Global Chart, positioning itself as the Biggest New Entry and the only newcomer to the Top 10 of this week. Thanks to this feat, Rosé earned the Biggest Debut by a Female K-Pop Soloist on Spotify after surpassing the previously set record of Lisa's "New Woman" (Feat. Rosalía). For his part, Bruno Mars obtained the Biggest Debut on the platform of his career after having surpassed his previous hit made this year with Lady Gaga, "Die With A Smile", which debuted at the time with 4.58 Million streams.

The records don't stop since on the second day of counting, far from decreasing in streams, "APT" by ROSÉ & Bruno Mars experienced a huge rise, achieving more than 10.18 Million streams and now reaching position #2 on Spotify Global Chart, only below "Die With A Smile" by Bruno Mars & Lady Gaga (10.32 Million streams).

With this new update, ROSÉ joins her friend JENNIE as the Only Female K-pop Soloists to reach #2 on the Global Spotify Chart, the Highest Peak for any Female K-pop Soloist in history. Not only that since ROSÉ is the First Asian Artist to achieve more than 10 Million streams in a single day, also obtaining the Biggest Streaming Day for a Song by a Female K-Pop Act in Spotify history, surpassing her own group BLACKPINK's "Pink Venom".

"APT" by Rosé at #2 with 10.18 Million streams"Mantra" by Jennie at #11 with 3.95 Million streams and "Moonlit Floor" by Lisa at #15 with 3.74 Million streams.
