Before And After: Woman With Extreme Lip Enhancements Reveals Old Look

A woman who claims to have the “biggest lips in the world” has revealed what she looked like before undergoing years of cosmetic procedures — including more than £20,000 worth of lip filler.

Andrea Ivanova, a 27-year-old from Bulgaria, began her transformation in 2018 and has since become widely known for her dramatic features. Despite acknowledging that her appearance makes dating difficult, she continues pursuing her dream of having the world’s largest lips and cheeks.

She recently shared her “before” photos, showing herself with naturally proportionate lips — a stark contrast to the extreme augmentation she displays today.

A Long List of Cosmetic Procedures

Andrea’s transformation has included:

  • Lip augmentation

  • Cheekbone enhancement

  • Chin shaping and enlargement

  • Jawline shaping

  • Multiple simultaneous facial filler procedures

According to Andrea, these changes were motivated by her preference for bold, exaggerated beauty:

“I like exaggerated things like huge lips, a face with many fillers, heavy and eccentric makeup. Natural beauty is boring to me, so I decided to change my appearance radically.”

Six Procedures in One Day — After Her Doctor Refused

Andrea said she once attempted to undergo six filler procedures in a single day as an “experiment.”
Her regular doctor refused out of safety concerns, prompting her to travel to Germany, where she found another surgeon willing to perform the treatments.

The experience, she admitted, was extremely painful:

“I have pain all over my face right now… It’s hard for me to smile because of the pain in my cheekbones.”

Even so, she insisted the discomfort was normal because the filler had not yet settled.

Concerns From Surgeons — and Serious Health Risks

Andrea claims her lips no longer hurt, though she struggles to chew. Despite this, she plans to continue adding filler:

“I only feel a slight discomfort… The more filler there is, the less the area hurts.”

However, even her German doctor has warned her that continuing at this pace could lead to necrosis — a dangerous condition in which tissue dies due to lack of blood supply.
The NHS notes that necrosis can be caused by trauma, toxins, or compromised blood flow, and it may require surgical removal of affected tissue.

Andrea acknowledges the risks, including swelling, inflammation, and fever, but remains determined:

“You shouldn’t judge people for their looks. It’s their taste, and no one has the right to be offended by it.”

She says she intends to keep undergoing multiple injections in a single day because it “makes her very happy.”
