The dirty fan needs to be disassembled, do this for just a few minutes to clean it, clean the dirty fan. over

Cleaning a fan by taking it apart can take quite a lot of time. To make things simpler, try some of the cleaning tips below.

After being used for a while, the fan will accumulate a lot of dust and bacteria that can cause illnesses. Disassembling it for cleaning can be time-consuming and tiring, which makes many people hesitate. However, you can completely clean your fan without having to take it apart by applying the following methods:

Using white vinegar and a plastic bag

Put detergent, fabric softener, and white vinegar into a spray bottle, shake well, then spray a small amount onto the fan’s grille and scrub it clean with a sponge. After that, spray the homemade cleaning solution onto the fan blades and cover the fan with a large plastic bag.

In this homemade cleaning mixture, the detergent helps remove dirt, the vinegar softens stubborn stains on the fan, and the fabric softener helps reduce dust buildup.

Using baking soda

Prepare: 2 teaspoons of baking soda, 1 teaspoon of vinegar, 250 ml of water, dishwashing liquid, and a spray bottle.

Mix baking soda with vinegar, add a few drops of dishwashing liquid, and stir well until the mixture foams and the baking soda is fully dissolved. Then pour the mixture into a spray bottle, unplug the fan, and start cleaning.

How to do it:

To ensure your safety and prevent damage to the fan during cleaning, always unplug it before you begin.

Spray the cleaning solution evenly onto the front and back of the fan blades. The vinegar softens stubborn dirt, while the dishwashing liquid helps wash away grime and bacteria stuck to the fan blades. In addition, baking soda’s powerful whitening ability helps restore the fan to a clean, like-new appearance.

After spraying the solution, wait about 10 minutes, then plug the fan back in and turn it on. As the blades spin, the airflow will cause the cleaning mixture to splatter outward, carrying away all the remaining dirt.

Note:
To prevent dirt from making a mess, place the fan in an appropriate area such as the yard, bathroom floor, or cover it with a protective bag to reduce splashing.
