According to Carlos, the incentive issue refers to the year 2022, not 2021. His mother mentioned that the incentive he received was not only ₱70,000 but reached six digits.
When he returned home, his mother did not tell him that he had received the incentives from the World Championships. He also wouldn't know about it if he hadn't searched for information. Carlos explained that he did not ask for those incentives and instead gave them. His goal is to find out where his incentives went. According to him, it is not about the value of the money but about its movement in money without his permission.
In the part related to his statement about Chloe, Carlos said that his mother judged Chloe based on her clothes. As far as she understood, her mother referred to Chloe as a red flag because of her clothing. Carlos says Chloe's culture is different because she grew up in Australia. He added that Chloe has her own money and all her equipment and travel expenses are from her own hard work.
