Dennis looked at the empty pad, the cut pipe, the district truck, and the tablet in Maren's hands, and he asked one question before he shook anyone's hand: he asked Vanessa which easement she had sent him before authorizing the work.Vanessa said she had assumed the management company had forwarded the file to him.Dennis said that no easement had ever reached his office.
