Fo-Ti, also known in Vietnamese as Hà thủ ô, is a well-known herb in traditional Eastern medicine, widely used to reduce hair loss, stimulate hair growth, and improve overall hair health. Dry and finely grind both Fo-Ti root and black sesame seeds. Store the mixture in an airtight container.

3. Fo-Ti Cooked with Black Beans

4. Herbal Fo-Ti Hair Rinse

Ingredients:

  • 50g Fo-Ti root

  • 5 roasted soapberries

  • 5 stalks of lemongrass

Boil all ingredients in 2 liters of water for several minutes, then let the mixture cool. Use this water as a natural shampoo or rinse. Apply 2–3 times a week for at least one month to achieve healthier, shinier, and stronger hair.
