I’m A Celebrity star Kelly Brook’s husband reveals when he’s flying out to Australia
Kelly Brook’s husband, Jeremy Parisi, is gearing up for a long-haul trip to Australia as he prepares to reunite with his wife in the jungle. The actor, model, and martial arts expert appeared on Lorraine this morning alongside Jane Moore, Kelly’s Loose Women co-star, to discuss Kelly’s chances in this year’s I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! (Daily Mail; The Sun).
Jeremy Parisi Jets Off to Support Kelly
Jane Moore couldn’t stop praising the couple’s relationship, describing them as “absolutely adoring each other.” She added that during Loose Women meetings, Kelly often remarks on how perfect Jeremy is. “There’s a few old hands in there and we were moaning about other halves, and Kelly’s like, ‘No, Jeremy’s perfect!’” Jane said (Express UK).
Confirming his upcoming journey, Jeremy told the show: “I’m flying Monday, yeah,” which Lorraine Kelly noted would be essential for their reunion. Jane added with a smile, “She’s gonna freak out when she comes across that bridge and sees you.” The trip to Brisbane Airport is a long one — potentially 27 hours of travel, factoring in connections and layovers (BBC News travel coverage).
Before departing, Jeremy had been spending time in his native Italy and then returned to Kent to look after the couple’s dog, Teddy, showcasing that life at home isn’t quite as glamorous as the jungle (The Mirror).
Inside the Jungle: Jane Moore’s Observations
Jane Moore also shared insight into how viewers perceive camp life versus reality. She noted that minor disagreements or “camp niggles” over cooking or chores are often exaggerated in the editing process: “In camp, they’re like 20 seconds, but they get put into the edit without the context,” Jane explained. “But you know, I get that. You can’t use everything” (Digital Spy).
She also expressed some envy over the current cast, who are enjoying much better weather compared to previous series: “We had the wettest one on record so I think it makes a difference having the nice sunshine,” Jane said.
Who is Jeremy Parisi?
Jeremy and Kelly have been married for three years. Beyond his modeling and acting career, he is a social media influencer and a trained martial artist. He also competed alongside Kelly in last year’s Celebrity Race Across the World, and the pair are preparing to launch their joint lifestyle brand, Home of Parisi, next year (Hello! Magazine).
Kelly Brook’s Camp Controversy
While Jeremy prepares for his reunion, Kelly’s popularity with viewers has experienced some turbulence. On November 19, she clashed with Jack Osbourne during camp chores. After requesting his help with preparing an eel, she criticized his cutting technique. The situation escalated when Kelly gagged at the smell and retched in the bush for dramatic effect (Metro UK).
Fans took to social media to express their frustration:
-
“Kelly is behaving like a schoolgirl, all loud, giddy and dramatic. She is just trying a bit too hard to show us she is having fun,” one wrote.
-
“Kelly is so irritating, leave Jack alone. This is getting boring now,” commented another.
-
“Petition to get Kelly out because I cannot bear her drama over cooking every night for another two weeks,” added a third (The Guardian; X/Twitter fan reactions).
Despite the backlash, Kelly continues to be one of the most talked-about campmates, with her antics keeping viewers engaged — whether they love or hate her. Jeremy’s upcoming arrival may give the audience a new dynamic to enjoy and could help calm some of the tension (The Sun).
