According to Dr. Kim Phuc Thanh - Head of the hospital's general planning department, at about 7:20 a.m. on December 20, the hospital's obstetrics department received a baby boy weighing about 3kg from hospital staff after the woman gave birth in the hospital toilet.

"Currently, an aunt is taking care of the baby. As for the family situation, the husband of the mother has not yet verified the details. We are examining and re-evaluating the mother's psychology," added Dr. Thanh.
Previously, social media posted a video of some women discovering a naked newborn baby, crying loudly, lying in a trash can covered with white trash. The outside of the trash can was marked with the words "infectious waste".
These women quickly took out the trash and picked up the baby, saying as they ran: "Oh my god, how pitiful, how strange. Quickly, quickly take the baby to the maternity ward."
