DIY Collagen Powder Recipe for Glowing Skin & Thick Hair

Instructions

Roasting

  1. Heat a heavy-bottomed pan on low flame.

  2. Dry roast the almonds, peanuts, pumpkin seeds, oats, sunflower seeds, fennel seeds, flaxseeds, chia seeds, and poppy seeds.

  3. Stir continuously for 5–7 minutes until the ingredients release a mild nutty aroma. Avoid burning.

  4. Remove from heat and allow the mixture to cool completely to preserve nutrients.

Making the Collagen Powder

  1. Transfer the cooled roasted ingredients to a dry blender or food processor.

  2. Grind into a fine, uniform powder.
