A truck carrying cows from Cha Lo International Border Gate (Quang Binh) to the South suddenly lost control and crashed into the foot of a hill, killing the driver on the spot.

On November 25, the newspaper Nguoi Lao Dong reported with the title: "Quang Binh: Truck carrying cows lost control and crashed into a hill, killing the driver" with the following content:

Accordingly, the accident occurred at around 1:00 p.m. on November 25, at km 113 + 900 at La Trong bridge, Trong Hoa commune, Minh Hoa district (Quang Binh).

At that time, the truck carrying more than 30 cows with license plate number: 73H - 00264, driven by Mr. Phan Tuan V. (born in 1989) residing in Quang Trung commune, Ba Don town) from Cha Lo international border gate, lost control and crashed into the foot of the hill.

As a result, Mr. V. died on the spot, the truck was severely damaged, all the cows died and were injured.

His relatives called an ambulance to take him home for burial. After traveling a short distance, the ambulance continued to crash into another truck carrying cows. Fortunately, the relatives in the car were unharmed.

After the incident, the authorities were present promptly to protect the scene, direct traffic, and investigate the cause of the incident.
