Kapamilya actress Andrea Brillantes once again emphasized that she has no problem with being single now.

In the interview of the actress on Tao Po on May 19, 2024, she said that she now prioritizes herself and her career.

"Honestly, I'm fine alone. [Even] alone, I can handle everything," he said.

However, he does not rule out the possibility of finding love again.

Andrea believes that there is no escape when someone is struck by love and falls in love.

He said, "Because love is the only emotion that even though you may be perfect, when you are hit by love, you can weaken."

Her family is very important to Andrea, where she learned many things about love.

The actress confessed, she was only seven years old when she became aware of the true reality of love.

This is also where he realized that not all love stories have a happy ending.

He shared: "When my parents separated, it was very clear to me at a very young age, that my life and all of our lives would be better if they were no longer together.

“He is difficult, yes.

"When I was just seven, I couldn't understand why they were still staying with each other like that.

"But when I fell in love, [I realized] how hard it is."

Andrea's last boyfriend was PBA player Ricci Rivero.

April 9, 2022, when they became officially married until they separated in June 2023.

"When you seek God, you find peace. I found, I wasn't really at peace, I had peace through Him."

He said, "My family, we are solid, and my friends. Just keep going, just doing good and just work after work.

"It wasn't easy, but it wasn't really hard because my faith was complete.

"So, I wouldn't say he's difficult, I wouldn't say he's easy either.

"There are moments [that are difficult], but at the end of the day, I will still come back to 'Why I am here?'

"I will return to my family, I will return to my dreams in life, and I will return to Him."

Instead of sending and complaining, Andrea prioritized how she would feel, which is why she was careful and reserved on social media so as not to read negative comments about her.

He said: "Because I don't feed socmed. I'm very grounded in the real world.

"I know it's easier said than done, but with social media, you can easily just turn off your phone and just read a book, meet your friends.

"Like, being connected with nature, doing something in the house, meeting and talking to friends not just through calls.

"There are so many ways to see how beautiful the world that was given to us, this world that was made. I think only when you learn to appreciate life itself."

He added, "That life is so much more than social media and phonebooks and comments, people you don't even know commenting on your life. You just have to not be into it too much.

"I know he's in pain, and it's easier said than done, but you really just need to not let it affect you and appreciate your life."
