Katy Perry shuts down haters as she reveals staggering earnings from tour

Katy Perry has responded to her harshest critics by revealing the staggering amount of money she's earned from her current world tour.

We all know the immense wealth that global concert tours can generate for pop stars—for example, Taylor Swift's Eras Tour turned the "Blank Space" singer into a billionaire.

Perry's Lifetimes world tour is currently underway, with sold-out shows already completed in the U.S., Canada, and Australia. She's scheduled to perform in South America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East before the end of the year.

While Perry has upcoming shows in Glasgow, Manchester, and London, her personal life has been a topic of intense discussion lately. Representatives for the singer and actor Orlando Bloom confirmed their separation in June 2025, stating that the couple was "shifting their relationship" to focus on co-parenting their young daughter, Daisy Dove.

The former couple reportedly met in 2016 and had an on-and-off relationship before getting engaged on Valentine’s Day in 2019. However, they never married, and Perry has continued her tour despite the news of their split.

It appears the tour has been highly profitable for her. According to figures compiled by her management and obtained by Billboard, the singer has sold 1.1 million tickets so far, grossing a massive $80 million. In terms of her love life, rumors are circulating that she may have a new love interest. A very special guest was seen attending one of Perry's concerts in Canada. Former Liberal Party leader Justin Trudeau, who separated from his wife Sophie Grégoire in 2023, was spotted watching Perry perform live. This came after reports that he had been seen dining with the singer privately on several occasions in Montreal. According to The Sun, Perry wants to have "fun" after her breakup with Bloom but is still "very much grieving the end of their relationship." A source told the outlet that her friends "don’t want her to rush into something serious," and described her relationship with Trudeau as a "very new flirty friendship."

Meanwhile, a source reportedly close to the former Canadian Prime Minister told People: "Justin didn’t know so many people would find out about the private dinner. He was also surprised by the international interest and how it went through the roof for days. Justin and Katy are for sure attracted to each other on several levels and had a wonderful time together in Canada."
