Some remedies from plantain

  • Diuretic medicine

10 grams of Plantago seeds, 10 grams of Desmodium styracifolium, 2 grams of licorice, 600ml of water. Put the ingredients in a pot and simmer over low heat for about 30 minutes. Divide the liquid into 3 servings to drink during the day.

  • Treatment of difficult urination

Boil 12 grams of Plantago, 10 grams of Chinese clematis, 6 grams of Atractylodes Rhizome, take the water and divide into 2-3 doses to drink during the day. Drink one dose per day while still warm.

  • Cough treatment, expectorant

Boil 10 grams of plantain, 5 grams of licorice, 10 grams of tangerine peel, 2 grams of Platycodon grandiflorum, 400ml of water for half an hour.
