Kris Aquino confirms new love life with Makati-based doctor

Kris Aquino has confirmed that she is open to the possibility of starting a new relationship with a non-showbiz guy.

This revelation occurred during her interview with Ogie Diaz for his vlog on YouTube, published on Saturday, June 29, 2024.

The exact date of the vlog's filming was not mentioned, but Ogie recently visited Kris at her residence in Orange County, California.

In the interview, Ogie initially directed his question to Kris' son Bimby, inquiring about the status of his mom's heart.

Bimby answered, "Now, mom's heart is just peaceful. Peaceful, steady, and peaceful, that's it."

Bimby went on to confirm that his mom and Batangas Vice Governor Mark Leviste are no longer in a relationship.

When Ogie asked, "Is there anything new?"

Bimby looked a bit surprised but handled it gracefully, saying, "That's up to mom to say. And I think, yeah, that's up to mom to say."

However, Kris can be overheard in the background, granting him the permission to answer, "Meron!"

Hearing the news, Ogie asked again, "Is your Mom here?"

Bimby continued, "He's a very good guy. Very good guy to me... He's a bit naughty. But, [he's a] very good guy."

Hearing her son's last comment made Kris panic a bit, prompting her to come on cam to clarify the situation.

She said, "It's not love life but it just flowed, happened. And he's a doctor.

"And I think that's part of the reason why it was easy. Because he knows what I'm going through.

"And he's part of the reason why I'm confident that I can go home.

"Because I know there's someone who will help in taking care of me.

"So obviously, by saying that, they already know that he's a doctor based in the Philippines."

Kris couldn't stop herself from revealing that the doctor is based in Makati.

She said, "Okay. It ends there, Makati. Ang laki naman ng Makati, Bimb. At maraming ospital in Makati and in BGC."

Kris also clarified that there was no overlap between Batangas Governor Mark Leviste and the doctor, as she and Mark had broken up quite some time ago.

She said, "Can I just say that there is a big gap. He didn't keep up.

"And he's not the reason why…

"There is no overlap. There is no overlap and he is not the reason why we were not okay."

It can be recalled that Kris and Mark broke up in November 2023, but Mark has continued to provide updates about Kris even after their breakup.
