Not everyone knows how to boil eggs to get many layers in the yolk

1. Prepare hot water and ice water: Boil a pot of water and prepare a separate bowl of ice water.
2. First boil: Place the egg in boiling water, boil for about 3-4 minutes. The outer yolk will start to cook slightly, while the inside is still runny.
3. Immerse in ice water: Immediately after boiling, put the egg in a bowl of ice water to cool quickly. This will help fix the outer layer of yolk and prevent it from continuing to cook.
4. Repeat the process: Continue to repeat the process of boiling for a short time (2-3 minutes each time) and soaking in ice water. Each time you boil, you will cook an additional layer of yolk on the outside.
Each repetition will create a new layer with different degrees of doneness.
5. Check the result: After 3-4 repetitions, you will have eggs with layered yolks, with different colors from cooked to runny from the outside to the inside.
Notes:
• Control the temperature and time: Make sure to boil for a short time and cool immediately to get the distinct layers.
• Use fresh eggs: The fresher the eggs, the easier it is to achieve the desired texture.
• Be patient and careful: This process requires patience and precise temperature control to achieve the beautiful layered effect.
